  13. Prepare About 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar
  14. Take Paprika sprinkled over the top at the very end
Instructions to make Bacalhao punheta:
  1. Heat oven to 350. If you have dry salted cod available definitely use it, youd have to boil it for 5 mins, changing the water out 3 times, if not use fresh cod brining it over night in salt, when ready boil it for 5 mins in the brine water then slightly rinse, in a big pan layer the potatoes, fish, onions, beans, parsley, garlic, olives, bay leafs, eggs, sprinkle pepper and keep layering until all done, spread olive oil evenly over the top, same with vinegar, sprinkle paprika over top.
  2. Cover with foil and cook until potatoes are cooked thoroughly, approximately 1.5 hours.enjoy with your favorite bread.
  3. This fed our family of 7 and there was leftovers
