Kneaded flour se 2 balls bana lain aur roti bail lain.
Ab roti per ghee/Oil lagein aur dry flour sprinkle kar lain.
Ab roti ki tah laga ke pera bana lain
Aise hi do peray bana lain.
Tawa garam karein. Aur ab aik peray ki roti bail lain. Garam tawa per dal dain.
Heat medium low kar lain. Is se paratha crispy banaye ga. Side change karein.
Aur ghee laga dain.
Spatula se achi trha press kar ke cook karein.
Paratha ready hy.
Tawa per oil dalein garam ho jaye tu egg fry karein. Plate mein nikal ke salt and pepper sprinkle kar lain.
Pan mein 1 cup milk 1/2 cup water and 1 tsp patti dalein aur flame on kar ke pakny dain. Jab ready ho jye tu strainer se strain kar ke cup mein dal dain 1 tsp sugar add kar dain.
