  1. Get 1 cup poha thin
  2. Take 2 tablespoons peanuts
  3. Prepare Handful curry pata
  4. Make ready 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
  5. Get 1/2 teaspoon chanadhal / bengal gram
  6. Take Pinch hing / asafoetida
  7. Make ready to taste Sat
  8. Make ready 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder

Instructions to make Poha chivda:
  1. First clean poha and then dry roast it and keep aside.
  2. Now in a pan add oil mustard seeds, chanadhal, hing, curry pata and sauté it. Then to it add peanuts and roast till it turns crispy. Now add poha,chilli powder,amchur powder and salt and mix well. Serve as a snack. (Optional raw onions chopped with salt and lime on it while serving)
