  7. The last bit of cheese is for the very top of the lasagna.
  8. Bake for 55 mins and enjoy

Season, to taste, with salt and freshly ground black pepper, then serve with rice. Boil the spinach, strain them and set them aside. Fry the chicken legs and once they are browned add the wine continue braising until the wine boils dry a little. Remove the legs and set aside the sauce left over.
