  1. In a pan take ghee.
  2. Add wheat flour till it is golden brown,
  3. Then add gond powder to it. Then turn off the gas, tranfer it in a big bowl and let it cool. Once cooled add Fenugreek powder, sauth(dry ginger powder) and pepramaun.
  4. Now in another pan, take ghee and melt the jaggery.(I took more ghee since my mixture was too dry) Once the jaggery is melted add the Sukhdi mixture to it and mix it properly and then transfer it in a plate or box and cut it into desired pieces and garnish it with sliced almonds.
  5. Imp Tip:- Add Fenugreek in cooled mixture only, if you add it in hot mixture your dish will become extreme bitter.
