Sieve the plain flour, add margarine, salt and rub with fingers until crumbly.
Add water slowly to knead the soft dough. Keep aside
Now in a pan boil water and add one spoon oil add macaroni and bring to boil. Stir continuously and boil for 10 minutes, rinse thoroughly to remove the starch. Keep aside.
Now take another pan and add one tablespoon oil, heat it and fry peanuts till golden take out and keep aside.
Now in the same oil add salt pepper and mixed herbs, add chopped veggies and mix well, cook till tender, add peanuts give it a stir.
Now divide the dough into equal-sized balls, roll into the form of a chapati, fill with macaroni mixture and keep a spoon full of grated cheese, give it the shape of a potli with your hand, and tie it with a coriander stem make remaining potlis like this.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the potlis until golden brown.
Serve hot with ketchup or any dip of your choice.
