  1. In a mixing bowl take flour add salt and all above spices.add ghee and mix all together.then add water knead it and make a soft dough.cover and keep rest for ten minutes.
  2. From the dough make medium size balls.take one ball dust little flour on rolling board and rolled the ball as big as possible.apply ghee or oil on it then dust little flour.take a sharp knife and cut this rolled paratha into thin strips.now fold carefully from one side to end of the corner.and rolled it again like a ball.flat it again and roll it as paratha
  3. Heat a tawa put paratha on it bake one side then flip it spread little oil and cook both side to golden brown.
  4. For making buttermilk take take curd mint leaves, both salt,cumin powder,chat masala and half cup of water.put all ingredients in a mixer jar and grind them for few seconds.
  5. Now add remaining water and buttermilk is ready.transfer in a glass sprinkle little salt and cumin powder serve with paratha.
