- Los 700 ml restantes le agregamos el azúcar o stevia según se prefiera,y un poco de vainilla. lo ponemos en un recipiente y lo llevamos al fuego medio, cuando empiece a agarrar calor y se formen grumitos como para hervir, le echamos la mezcla preparada con maicena y 2 huevos,entonces comenzamos a revolver en modo envolvente de modo a que no se pegue. Seguimos revolviendo hasta que la mezcla tome cuerpo tipo crema pastelera.
- Una vez que la mezcla tome consistencia,como un aspecto espeso, lo vertemos en un molde preferido, yo utilicé un bowl de vidrio. Finalmente para darle un toque especial,espolvorear con coco rallado. Llevar al refrigerador por al menos 3 horas y luego a disfrutarlo!!!
