Hey everyone, it’s Jim, welcome to my recipe site. Today, we’re going to prepare a distinctive dish, marinated sea bass. It is one of my favorites food recipes. For mine, I am going to make it a little bit unique. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Marinated Sea Bass is one of the most popular of current trending foods on earth. It’s simple, it is quick, it tastes yummy. It is enjoyed by millions daily. They are fine and they look fantastic. Marinated Sea Bass is something which I have loved my whole life.

To get started with this particular recipe, we have to first prepare a few ingredients. You can cook marinated sea bass using 9 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you cook that.

The ingredients needed to make Marinated Sea Bass:
  1. Make ready 2 Sea Bass Fillets
  2. Prepare 1 garlic clove, minced
  3. Make ready 225 ml sweet white wine
  4. Make ready 1 tbsp lemon juice
  5. Get 1 tbsp butter
  6. Make ready 2 tbsp olive oil
  7. Make ready Pinch salt
  8. Make ready Pinch black pepper
  9. Prepare 2 tbsp Parmesan
Instructions to make Marinated Sea Bass:
  1. Melt the butter, and then mince the garlic. Add all marinade ingredients together in a bowl and whisk lightly.
  2. Skin and debone the fish if not already done. Lay them out on a tin foil / non-flammable disposable pan.
  3. Cover them with the marinade, and fold aluminium foil over the top. Slice a few cuts in the foil to let the steam out.
  4. Heat up the BBQ, place the the fish on the pan wrapped in tin foil on the BBQ. Cook for 10minutes or until opaque. If you don't have a BBQ, bake it in the oven at 180C for 10minutes.
  5. Take out of the oven and enjoy!
