Take Chicken qourma
Prepare 1 kg Chicken (I used chicken thighs)

Make ready 4 tbsp Moong daal
Take 4 tbsp Maash daal
Get 12 tbsp Chaney ki daal
Take 4 tbsp Rice
Make ready 6 tbsp Wheat (porridge)
Prepare 1 tsp Salt
Get Garnish
Take slices Fried Onion
Take Green chillies chopped
Make ready Ginger Julienne cut
Make ready Fresh coriander chopped
Make ready slices Lemon
Instructions to make Daleem:
Soak all lentils wheat and rice overnight. Discard the water.
In pot add all lentils, rice, wheat, salt and water. Cook until it becomes tender. Blend them using hand blender.
In a pressure cooker add chicken, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, onion, tomato, ginger garlic paste, green chillies and water.
Cook until chicken becomes tender. If water is left, save it for later use.
Remove the bones and shred the chicken slightly(if you don't want no problem because during cooking it becomes mixed automatically).
Add oil and haleem masala to chicken and cook until oil becomes separate.
Add prepared cereals mixtures to the chicken, and leftover water mix well and cook well until it becomes ready.
Garnish with above-mentioned veggies and enjoy with naan or rice.
