The ingredients needed to make Chicken qorma:
  1. Make ready 1 kg Chicken
  2. Take 1 &1/4 cup Yoghurt
  3. Make ready 3 onions
  4. Prepare 2 tbp shahi qorma masala
  5. Prepare 1 tbp red chilli powder
  6. Make ready 1/2 tbp coriander powder
  7. Prepare 1 tsp turmeric powder
  8. Get Salt as required
  9. Take 4 cardamoms
  10. Take 2 pepper corns
  11. Prepare 2 cloves
  12. Make ready 1 tsp black cumin
  13. Make ready 1 tbp ginger garlic paste
  14. Get Ghee for cooking
Instructions to make Chicken qorma:
  1. In a heating pot add ghee, onion, pinch of sugar and salt and fry until golden brown.
  2. Take out onion and spread it on brown paper. Crush onion in pestle.
  3. In a bowl Whisk yoghurt add crushed onion and shahi qorma masala.
  4. Meanwhile in the same pot add cumin, cardamom, cloves, pepper corns and chicken.
  5. Fry chicken for 5-10 mins then add onion yoghurt mixture.
  6. Cover and cook until chicken and masala is done.
