  2. Now add besan, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, salt, ajwain, baking soda, dry mango powder into spinach and onion add water as required to make a thick paste.
  3. Heat the oil in kadai and fry this batter by putting a spoonful into the oil on meduim low flame. Till golden brown. It's ready. Enjoy with a cup of tea.
