The ingredients needed to make Bhajiya:
  1. Prepare gram flour
  2. Take Onion sliced
  3. Get potato chopped in small pieces
  4. Make ready Chopped green chillies
  5. Take as required Chopped Coriander
  6. Make ready garam masala
  7. Prepare as per taste Salt
  8. Take semolina
  9. Prepare red chilli powder
  10. Take as required Oil
Instructions to make Bhajiya:
  1. In a large bowl take gram flour along with onion, potato, green chillies,salt,rava,red chilli powder, coriander leaves and add little water to make bhajiya.
  2. Consistency should not be very thick nor very thin.
  3. Heat oil in a pan & drop the bhajiya with hands or with spoon. Cook crisp at medium flame.Enjoy with a cup of tea.
