Hey everyone, it’s Brad, welcome to our recipe page. Today, I’m gonna show you how to prepare a special dish, bhajiya. One of my favorites food recipes. For mine, I will make it a bit unique. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Bhajiya is one of the most popular of recent trending foods in the world. It is simple, it is fast, it tastes yummy. It’s enjoyed by millions daily. They’re nice and they look wonderful. Bhajiya is something which I have loved my entire life.

To begin with this particular recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can cook bhajiya using 9 ingredients and 8 steps. Here is how you cook that.

The ingredients needed to make Bhajiya:
  1. Get 1 cup chopped onion
  2. Take 1 1/2 cup gram flour.(Besan)
  3. Prepare 3-4 green chilli
  4. Make ready Handful l coriander
  5. Take 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
  6. Take to taste Salt
  7. Get as required Oil for frying
  8. Prepare as required Water to make batter
  9. Get 1/2 tablespoon cooking soda
Instructions to make Bhajiya:
  1. Take one bowl add chopped onion, chopped green chilli, and chopped coriander
  2. Now add besan, salt, red chilli powder
  3. Add water to make smooth batter
  4. Take one frying pan add oil to fry bhajiya. When oil heated add cooking soda in batter than add 1 tablespoon of heated oil. Mix well
  5. Keep medium flame add bhajiya batter in it. Fry medium size bhaiya
  6. Drain oil from bhajiya. Put out them in sieve
  7. Now make small pieces of bhaiya and fry them again till it's turn golden yellow
  8. Drain oil again. Now bhaijya is ready to serve
