  1. Take 5 big potatoes
  2. Take 4 cloves garlic

Instructions to make Bhajia:
  1. Peal your potatoes and then boil them
  2. In a bowl grate your ginger and garlic,add onions, coriander, turmeric,chilli and flour mix them together..add water…make sure the mixture is thick
  3. Heat your oil…cut the potatoes into your desired shape and dip them in the mixture then dipfry…dipfry all of them until ready
