  1. Wash and clean chicken pieces then In a large bowl add chicken, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, salt and marinate it for 1hr
  2. Heat oil and ghee in a wok,add chopped onion and fry till slight golden brown
  3. Next add tomato paste to this and fry till oil separates,
  4. Now in a bowl add yogurt and whisk it in that add red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric,garam masala powder now add this dahi mix in gravy
  5. Fry for 2 mins now add marinated chicken,water cover cook till chicken is well cooked
  6. Next add onion petals kasoori methi and cook for another 5 mins and switch off the flame
  7. Now garnish with tomato cubes and coriander leaves,chicken do pyaza is ready to serve
