  1. Peel bottle gourd discard seed portion and cut in pieces and cook till soft.
  2. Make puree of bottle gourd. Heat little ghee in a pan add pureed bottle gourd and cook till moisture evaporates.
  3. Now add coconut powder cook on sim,in a bowl add milk powder add milk mix it well add this to bottle gourd mixture and cook till thickens.
  4. Add condensed milk and cook till leaves pan add pineapple essence mix it.
  5. Cool the mixture and set it in fridge for half an hour. Make roll of it,cut in equal sizes.
  6. In coconut powder add beet root puree and mix it. Roll the cut pieces in this and again set it fridge.
  7. Decorate with pista and serve.
