  16. Prepare 1/2 cup Red Capsicum finely chopped
  17. Prepare 1 tsp red chilli flakes

  19. Prepare Thinly sliced red onion
  20. Take 2-3 Tbsp chopped parsley
  21. Make ready Tomatoes chopped
  22. Prepare Cucumber chopped
  23. Prepare 1 tsp Ground Sumac
  24. Make ready Pinch salt & black pepper
  25. Make ready Lemon juice
  26. Prepare Pita bread (optional)
Steps to make Turkish Beef Adana Kebabs:
  1. Add mincemeat in food processor and all spices, fried onion,ginger & garlic paste and grind 2-3 times well.
  2. Transfer in mixing bowl cover and rest in refrigerator about for 20 -30 minutes.
  3. Pre-heat oven 250°C. - On tray or a big flat plate add finely chopped onion,red & green capsicum, green chillies, mint & coriander leaves, red chilli flakes and mix well.
  4. Grease hands with oil,take a mixture and make kababs of equal sizes on skewers then coat in mixed vegetables (makes 10-12).
  5. Bake in pre-heated oven about 10-15 minutes or till cook through completely.
  6. Take a mixing bowl add all serving ingredients mix well
