  2. In large skillet over high heat cook sausage as whole or take off casing & crumble & cook.
  3. Remove cooked sausage & set aside. Keep the drippings in pan.
  4. If pan is too dry add the tblsp of butter
  5. Add your chopped onion, garlic & Apples and cook 4-5 min. Until tender.
  6. In the last 2 minutes of cooking add the sausage and Farro to warm it & mix.
  7. Taste & season as desired.
  8. Serve warm & enjoy!
