  2. Boil the marinated fish for 15 min
  3. Drain water and keep
  4. Boil tomato until soft, mash and keep,
  5. Mash the fish, remove the bones of any, add mashed potato, onion chilly, ginger, and all the other ingredients
  6. Break the egg, separate yolk add with fish. Mix and combine altogether
  7. Beat the egg white take mashed fish, make ball and flatten. Dip in egg white, roll in bread crumbs and keep, (mix bread crumbs and rice flour)
  8. Pour oil in a pan and shallow fry the cutlets by batch until golden brown - - Serve with mayo chep
