Instructions to make Suzi paneer momos:
  1. Mix suzi and wheat flour by adding salt and pinch red chilli powder knead dough with help of water and let it rest for 30 minutes m. In kadai add oil than add cummin seeds let it splitters
  2. Than add chilli garlic paste saute it.. Now add red chilli powder turmeric powder coriander powder and chopped vegetables and grated paneer mix well.. Cook for 5 minutes on high flame
  3. Now add kitchen king masala chicken 65 masala salt and mix well cover it with lid let it cook on medium slow flame for 5 to 7 minutes
  4. Now make small size balls from dough roll it through rolling pin add paneer stuffing
  5. Make 5 to 6 pleats from edges and than fold it fully and keep aside
  6. Like this make all momos.. Boil water in vessel than keep sieve over it by greasing oil than keep momos on it cover it with lid and let it steam for 15 minutes
  7. As momos changes colour means it is ready… Now serve momos with schzewan sauce and enjoy 😊
