  1. Clean and dry roast poha for 10 minutes in low flame. Take one tablespoons of oil and roast groundnuts
  2. Take oil in a kadai add jeera, whole coriander, Curry Patta Chillies, puttanna,. Add red chilli powder and haldi. Gradually add remaining ingredients including salt and sugar. Mix well put off the gas. Store in a dry contai..ner and should be airtight
