Get poha
Make ready Onions finely chopped
Prepare Boiled potatoes diced
Prepare tomatoes finely chopped
Take peas boiled
Get Mustard seeds

Take Lemon

Instructions to make Poha:
First of all cut the onions tomatoes and potatoes chopped. Take A strainer and place the poha in it. Wash it thoroughly under running water and keep aside.
Take A deep pan heat oil add mustard seeds curry leaves and onions cook for few mins until golden pink and then add the tomatoes and green chilli. Once tomatoes r cooked add the boiled diced potatoes and green peas now add salt turmeric and red chilli powder as per your taste
Mix well and simmer for 2 minutes. meanwhile take the washed poha add salt turmeric and lemon juice on it and mix gently with your fingers. This enhances the taste. Now add this poha to the vessel and gently mix everything in kadai. Let it cook on lowest flame fo 2 -3 minutes.tasty poha is ready to serve. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve some namkeen or sev with this.
