From the dough. Take a small ball. Roll it in a rolling pin. Make a poor I size shape. Keep paneer stuffing on the center of the roti. Close the edges so that the stuffing will not come out. Roll the chapati carefully so that the stuffing will not come out. Repeat the same procedure.
Heat gridlle or tawa. Place the paneer paratha. Cook both the sides. Drizzle oil fry till it become light brown in colour. Once it is done transfer to a serving plate.
