Steps to make Mix vegetables:
Take a oil in a big mouth pan. Heat the oil in a high flame, then add onions, kalonji, rai and Curry patta.
When Onions become saute, then add tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder and turmeric. Bhonofy it very well.
When oil comes out, add carrots, potatoes, radish and half cup water.
When these three vegetables half done, then add turnip, cabbage and peas.
When all the above vegetables become half tender, add Brinjal, lemon juice and green chillies.
Simmer them for 5 minutes or when oil comes out.
Serve it with boil rice or Chapatis.
