Instructions to make Rice Flour Kachori Healthy and Spicy Nonfried:
Take a nonstick kadai and add water, ajwain, jeera, salt, oil and keep it for boiling. As it starts boiling reduce the flame and add rice flour little at a time and keep mixing so that no lumps are formed and cook till water completely dries and starts leaving the sides of pan.Cover and keep for 5-7 mins.Remove in a plate and grease ur hands and rub the dough nicely and make it smooth.While doing this dough should be warm.
For stuffing:In a bowl take potatoes and mash it, it should not be completely mashed.Add chilli powder,jeera powder, grated ginger,chopped green chillies,schezwan sauce and salt to taste.
Make small balls of stuffing and keep aside.
Grease ur hand and take some dough of rice flour and flatten it with hand and keep the potato ball at the centre.Cover it nicely and similarly make all the balls.There should be no cracks.
Take an appe pan and grease it with oil and keep the balls.Cover it with a lid and cook from all the sides. Keep turning in between. Cook till nice golden in colour and cook on medium flame.
