  1. In a vessel pour wheat flour salt, 1 tsp oil, mix it well
  2. Add water and Knead the flour to make a dough.
  3. Leave it for 10 mins.
  4. In a bowl mix,crushed garlic, butter, oregano, chilli flakes & mix it well.
  5. After 10 mins, knead the dough once again.
  6. Make equal size of dough balls.
  7. Take one dough ball & dust it with flour & roll it.
  8. Apply butter mixture all over
  9. Sprinkel chopped corinader leaves
  10. Gently press it
  11. Then fold it to make lachha.
  12. Roll it & tuck the end part.
  13. Flatten it a bit
  14. Sprinkle dry flour again & roll it paratha.
  15. Do not roll it thin.
  16. Keep it aside
  17. Repeat the process to roll remaining parathas
  18. Place the paratha on hot tawa.
  19. Cook it few mins on medium flame
  20. Flip it Apply ghee or oil on both sides.
  21. Cook it turns golden brown from both the sides.
  22. Once it cooked the layes will starts separating from each other.
  23. Serve hot paratha with Chutney or pickle.
