  4. Now apply ghee on the roti properly. - Cut the roti into medium-sized strips.
  5. Keep the strips one above the other and form a pile/bundle of strips. (greased side of every stripe should face upwards)
  6. Now fold the pile to form a circular peda maintaining the strips
  7. Now dust some flour on this round portion of strips and with the help of rolling pin (belan) roll out it into a thick paratha.
  8. Roll out the parantha gently - Don't press too much.
  9. Put the rolled parantha on the hot tawa. Now it can be cooked by applying oil as we make any other parantha.
  10. Apply pure ghee or butter as per your liking.
  11. Enjoy with any curry of your choice.
