For saffron layer: In a pan take 1tbsp of ghee and add 2tbsp of suji and saute till slight golden.
Add 1/4 cup milk and mix well till it thickens a little.
Add sugar and stir till sugar melts.
Add orange squash and mix well, keep aside.
For white layer: In a pan take 1tbsp ghee and 2tbsp suji and saute till slight golden.
Add 1/3 cup milk and mix well till it thickens a little.
Add sugar and vanilla essence and stir till sugar dissolves, keep aside.
For green layer:In a pan take 1tbsp ghee and 2tbsp suji and saute till slight golden.
Add 1/4cup milk and stir till it thickens a little.
Add sugar and stir till sugar dissolves.
Add Khus syrup and mix well,keep aside.
How to assemble: In a round pan or ring put saffron, white and green coloured halwa horizontally and let it set, then invert this on a serving plate, garnish with dry fruits and vegetables tutti fruti and serve hot.
