  4. Place parchment paper in an 8x8 pan. Pour in mixture and spread with a spatula. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  5. Cut into 30 - 40 squares. Roll them into balls and place the on aluminum foil.
  6. Melt the almond bark in 30 second increments until it will stir smooth with a fork. Use fork to roll each ball in the bark and rake off excess on side of bowl.
  7. Place each truffle back on the aluminum foil and let harden for 10 minutes. Once hardened, serve chilled or at room temp.
