  1. Take thin flattened rice/poha
  2. Take peanuts
  3. Take phutana dal/roasted puffed chana dal

  1. In a kadhai heat oil add Mustard seeds and cumin seeds and peanuts. By the time they crackle add peanuts and roast until it turns light brown.
  2. Now add roasted chana dal, green chillies and curry leaves.
  3. Add Asafoetida, turmeric powder and salt. Mix well and let it cool.
  4. Now add poha and roast on slow flame till poha turn crispy.
  5. Now add sattu flour and mix and roast for another 10 mins.
  6. Let the chiwda cool then add powdered sugar. Just mix and serve..
