  1. Take fresh tilapia,

Steps to make Grilled tilapia:
  1. Start by washing the tilapia with some warm water and lemon juice. Make cuts on the fish.drain in a colander for abt 30mins. Grate the pepper,onion and garlic.mix them in a bowl. Add some lemon juice,about 2 tablespoons, veg oil 2 tablespoons, 2 stock cubes,teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon fish spice, crushed parsley and mix well to combine. Use this mixture to marinade the fish.insert some orange wedges and keep for at least 30mins in the freezer. Preheat your oven.transfer the fish into a foil pape
  2. Cover all the sides and place on a baking tray. Bake for 45mins or till it's done. Serve with onions sauce or sauce of choice.
