- Take a pan, add ghee and heat it over low flame.
- Add cinammon stick,green cardamom and cloves.saute for 30 seconds.
- Add sugar,water and green colour, stir and cook until sugar dissolves.
- Add cooked rice mix gently until each rice coated with sugar mixture.
- Reduce flame to low and cover it with lid
- Cook until almost all moisture evaporated.
- Sweet rice is ready.decorate with khoya.
