Add 2 cups (or 1 can) chicken broth. Mix through. Cook semi-covered approximately 20 min until gravy thickens
Reduce heat to medium. Add 8oz half & half. Sprinkle 1.5 tsp garam masala over top. Mix and heat through to gravy consistency, approximately 5 - 10 min, depending on desired consistency
