  1. First wash rice with water 2 or 3 times & keep aside.
  2. Heat the pressure cooker put oil in it when oil is heated add cumin seeds & tez patta & big cardamom then saute for a minute.

  4. Take fresh ginger & garlic grate it and add in a cooker.
  5. Take 2 green chillies through knife chopped it straight or divide it in 2 parts add in cooker.
  6. Now add chopped onion saute till golden brown.
  7. Now add all vegetables like potatoes,green peas,cauliflower, beans & carrot.
  8. Mix well & cooked they become soft in slow flame.
  9. Add spices like red chilli powder, turmeric powder,garam masala & salt.
  10. Now add chopped tomatoes in it mix well.
  11. Add washed 1 bowl rice in it.
  12. As per quantity of rice water should be double so 2 bowl water should be added.
  13. Mix well & close the cover or lid of pressure cooker & take 3 whistle in slow flame.
  14. After 3 whistle wait cooker get cool then open it & garnish with green coriander leaves mix well.
  15. Serve hot with salad,raita & buttermilk.
