To begin with this particular recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can cook bhajiya using 9 ingredients and 8 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Bhajiya:
  1. Get chopped onion
  2. Take gram flour.(Besan)
  3. Prepare green chilli
  4. Prepare l coriander
  5. Get red chilli powder
  6. Prepare Salt
  7. Prepare Oil for frying
  8. Take Water to make batter
  9. Prepare cooking soda
Steps to make Bhajiya:
  1. Take one bowl add chopped onion, chopped green chilli, and chopped coriander
  2. Now add besan, salt, red chilli powder
  3. Add water to make smooth batter
  4. Take one frying pan add oil to fry bhajiya. When oil heated add cooking soda in batter than add 1 tablespoon of heated oil. Mix well
  5. Keep medium flame add bhajiya batter in it. Fry medium size bhaiya
  6. Drain oil from bhajiya. Put out them in sieve
  7. Now make small pieces of bhaiya and fry them again till it's turn golden yellow
  8. Drain oil again. Now bhaijya is ready to serve
