The ingredients needed to make Egusi:
  1. Make ready Egusi
  2. Take Palm oil
  3. Take seasoning
  4. Take Grinded pepper
  5. Take Salt
  6. Take Bitter leaf(or any vegetable)
  7. Get Chicken stock(optional)
  8. Prepare Onion
Instructions to make Egusi:
  1. Mix the egusi and water to form a paste
  2. Heat Palm oil in a pan,add onion and stir,pour the egusi paste to it and fry then add your pepper and stir fry too
  3. Add stock cube, little salt and add your chicken stock too.
  4. Allow to cook and add the chopped,washed bitter leaf.
  5. Stir continuously for a few minutes and off heat.
  6. Serve with any swallow of your choice.
