  1. To the pan add milk.
  2. Now add corn flour to it.
  3. Take one cup malai.
  4. Mix it into the milk. Mix it well so that no lumps may occur. After that add sugar.
  5. On a low flame stir it well.
  6. Stir it for 4-5 minutes till it becomes thick.
  7. Allow it to semi cool. Add vanilla essence to it. Mix it well. And a pinch of orange food colour.
  8. For caramel. Add sugar. On a low flame stir it till sugar dissloves completely. Add butter. Now add crushed cashews and mix it well.
  9. Grease the plate with ghee and pour the caramel set it evenly. Allow it to cool. Now put the caramel into a plastic wrap and crush it with rolling pin.
  10. Now blend the milk and in a mould add ice cream and caramel.
  11. Refrigerate it for 6hrs and then again blend it and refrigerate for another 6hrs. And it’s ready to enjoy. Whisk the rabdi for 2-3 minutes. - At the time of serving add layers of rabdi to the ice cream.
